Anybody know who this dude is? This handsome man's name is Sigmund Freud...ever heard of him? Well I made the mistake of saying I USED to think he was psycho in my class on Thursday. We were talking about different therapeutic techniques that we use with our clients. DBT and Cognitive Behavioral were pretty much the class consensus and my teacher asked about Psychodynamic and I was foolish enough to raise my hand. Keep in mind that my teacher went to an additional 3 years of school specializing in Psychoanalytic therapy, she is extremely smart and absolutely loves Freud.
So I raised my hand and said that I USED to think Freud was psycho. In which she replied that Freud would say that I was psycho, Psycho Kenzi. I tried to redeem myself saying that through her DBT and Practice classes I have learned the Freud in fact had some really good points and I didn't think he was psycho anymore. However she still continued to make reference to Psycho Kenzi throughout the rest of the class... Oh Laws!

i once had an undergrad psych professor tell me to never talk trash about freud in grad school because that's where all the freudians hang out!! now that is some sound advice:)
